University of Idaho College of Law

Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing course. Teach students legal writing through one-on-one conferences. Teach small group of students legal research.

Summer Intern. Researched and drafted memorandums and pleadings in a broad spectrum of practice areas including tax, healthcare, banking, business, personal injury, and worker’s compensation. Presented orders to ex-parte commissioners.

Idaho Supreme Court

Summer Clerk. Worked with Chief Justice Schroeder. Researched the origin of parental rights. Researched and edited Chief Justice Schroeder’s law review article on the Idaho initiative process. See 44 Idaho L. Rev. 1 (2007).

Contracts Manager Assistant. Reviewed and organized contracts.  

NONLEGAL EXPERIENCE

University of Washington, School of Nursing

Research Assistant. Observed and record parent-child interactions , tested children’s development, assisted in organizing parenting classes, translated parenting classes’ materials into Vietnamese, served as an interpreter for Vietnamese parents and English speaking teachers.
